Shipping Policies

Teddi-Licious Treasures & Family sends out all orders using UPS Standard Rates which will be calculated on your order form using weight and postal code.  At Teddi-Licious Treasures & Family all items shown on our web site are 100% handmade and therefore shipping times may increase during peak shopping times-example Christmas.   At Teddiliciousbears.com we will be accepting custom orders-with order date agreed upon.  If you have any questions concerning the length of time needed for your very own custom Teddiliciousbear please feel free to contact us via phone or e-mail.

All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be finalized during the ordering process.

Return Policy

At Teddi-Licious Treasures & Family we pride ourselves in making every Teddy Bear the best they can be.  If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your new "Delivery", we will gladly offer you a full refund or exchange. (less postage charges)proviiding the bear is returned to us within 7 days of receipt and is in perfect condition when he arrives back to us. Please contact us at your earliest convenience by phone or via e-mail to make arrangements for your exchange or refund.

Damaged Goods Policy

At Teddi-Licious Treasures & Family we take every precaution to package all orders with great care and respect, however, sometimes damages do occur during the shipping process.  If damages do occur, please contact us at your earliest convenience via phone or our e-mail and we will immediately begin making arrangements for you to receive an exchange or full refund.
